Although we specifically represent LGBT+, ethnic minorities and females; we work with all types of talented candidates. We put talent before background and will always recommend the best person for the role.

We want clients with a senior opportunity to think of us first, and we enjoy developing enduring, positive conversations with talented individuals throughout their career.

 

Our purpose

Audeliss sprang from a conviction that client and candidate care across our industry just wasn’t good enough, and that someone needed to step up and raise the bar. 

So we undertook this challenge and ditched the needless jargon and gimmicks, focused on building real relationships, and fundamentally, we wanted people to enjoy the experience of working with an executive search firm.

Suki Sandhu

Suki Sandhu

Founder & CEO

One of the UK’s leading diversity specialists, Suki has been revolutionising executive search and inclusion for 15 years.

Having started his career at a FTSE 250 recruitment company before becoming a Partner for a boutique firm he established Audeliss in 2011. Recruiting leaders and executives for global organisations across sectors and industries, Suki has established a unique network of exceptional and diverse candidates as well as building successful relationships with clients. 

Determined to shape inclusive workplaces, in 2013 Suki founded OUTstanding, an LGBT+ membership organisation which, in partnership with The Financial Times, publishes an annual role model list recognising leading LGBT+ and ally executives and LGBT+ future leaders. The powerful work and rapid success of OUTstanding earned Suki the title of ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the 2013 European Diversity Awards and he was also named 64th in The Independent’s ‘Rainbow List’.

In 2016, Suki was appointed a Trustee of the Guild of HR Professionals.

The following year Suki launched EMpower and HERoes – initiatives focused on ethnic minorities and women.  Each year, in partnership with the Financial Times, EMpower and HERoes publishes role model lists globally. In 2017 Suki was also named as “Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader” at The Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards.

In 2018, Suki launched INvolve – an overarching mother-brand for OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes. It encapsulates the mission, values and vision across all three brands, helping to create diverse and inclusive businesses where everyone can, and does, succeed. A world that involves 100% of everyone.

Suki is also a Stonewall Ambassador and passionately supports many charities including The Albert Kennedy Trust and Outright International.

Felicity started her executive search career in London over 15 years ago and has spent the past 10 years in New York where she has had the opportunity to establish a Search practice for a boutique firm before moving In-house to oversee global recruiting efforts for a broad spectrum of opportunities. 

This experience of having worked on both sides of the table has enabled her to build an appreciation for her clients and candidates. Through Audeliss, Felicity fulfils a market gap for thoughtful partnership with clients committed to creating a truly diverse workplace. 

She is a mother of two based in Westchester, USA.

Anja has over 13 years’ international experience in executive talent acquisition.

She started her career in a FTSE-250 recruitment company, managing the Industry & Commerce finance searches in London. She then moved to a Global Industrial Practice for a NASDAQ-listed leadership advisory firm conducting a broad spectrum of executive and Board assignments across the globe. Prior to joining Audeliss, Anja worked for a boutique search business focusing on Legal and Compliance appointments in the UK and EMEA markets.

Experience of having worked in both global and boutique businesses conducting searches across all functions and geographies enabled her to have a truly broad perspective of client and candidate needs. She believes that quality, honesty and creativity are the key to successful hiring!

Anja grew up in Western Siberia before moving to the UK and is bilingual in Russian and English.

Barrie has over 10 years’ experience in executive acquisition.

He started his career in a FTSE-250 recruitment company, managing the Industry & Commerce finance searches in London. He then moved to a specialist corporate governance firm, focusing on a broad range of senior compliance mandates for global financial institutions within banking, insurance, fintech and asset management.

Most recently, Barrie’s expertise and network has developed to include legal non-contentious regulatory mandates within law firms. He enjoys partnering with clients to deliver high calibre individuals in a standard above all expectations.

Alex Wyld

Alex has experience both in executive search and in-house recruitment, having begun her career several years ago at a small boutique search firm focused on retail and luxury brands. This was a busy and varied role which, from the very beginning, gave her the opportunity to be hands-on in all aspects of the recruitment process and a great grounding in research.

After a few years, she moved in-house to work for a healthcare regulator, where she worked on a high volume of assignments across all areas and levels of the organisation. Whilst there, Alex honed her skills in candidate selection and screening. This lead to her working on the setup of their interim turnaround panel; developing a pool of senior interim candidates including CFOs, HRDs, COOs and CEOs.

At Audeliss, Alex focuses on senior executive appointments across a range of functions.

Deborah Thomas

Engagement Director

Deborah trained as an Accountant with one of the Big Four before joining the recruitment sector working with two FTSE groups, setting up successful finance and treasury divisions and transforming those into market leading business areas. Deborah entered the executive search space in 2006 and continued with her specialism in finance and treasury as well as pharmaceuticals and aerospace sector specialisation. She also has a wealth of experience in executive coaching for senior management.  Deborah has a passion for diversity and fairness.

Robert has over 6 years ‘experience in executive search. He started his career in a boutique search firm, focusing on the commodities market in Europe and Asia. After a few years he moved to work for a Global Executive Search firm. He executed searches at C-Suite and Board Level for FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and private equity companies. Most recently, he has spent two years in Australia working for a boutique search firm that focused on executive level appointments in the retail sector.

At Audeliss, Robert focuses on senior executive appointments across a range of functions.

Ben (“Benji”) has a traditional background in commercial law and both a first and master’s degree in law.

He moved into marketing and communications to make best use of his creative vs strategic thinking and over the last few years built strong marketing propositions, brands and award-winning campaigns.

He joined Audeliss with an absolute passion for our work in levelling the playing field and a firm commitment to achieving equality.

Outside of work he is a competitive rower, cox and coach with the largest LGBT+ inclusive rowing club in the world and coaches with a local organisation providing opportunities for underprivileged children to access the sport.

Joanna spent the first 14 years of her career at Harrods, initially on the Management Training Programme where she gained an insight into many different roles around the business.

After leaving Harrods, Joanna took a year out to travel.  Following her break she worked at the executive search firm Odgers Berndtson as a PA, where she stayed for the next two before moving to New York. 

Upon her return from New York she worked for the fashion designer Maria Grachvogel before returning to Odgers Berndtson as PA. 

Joanna has many years experience working within executive search, where she has gained huge understanding of the industry.  Joanna joined Audeliss in January 2018 as Suki Sandhu’s PA, providing him with support within Audeliss as well as INvolve.

Luisa has a  wealth of recruitment administration experience as well as property experience. She started my career working for Hays Construction & Property as an Office Junior over 15 years ago, working her way up to being a Senior Administrator. Luisa supports the Audeliss team with the delivery of projects with absolute skill and attention to detail, with a strong team spirit and can-do attitude that inspires.

I think that is so important for organisations to support diversity and inclusion. For me, I think that it makes individuals feel valued and be an integral part of the company alongside their skills and experience. Working for an organisation like Audeliss that supports diversity across a range of industries makes me feel like an impact is being made.

Equipped with a strong customer service background Pooja has been able to enter and gain administrative skills working at various office based environments throughout her career. While studying for her Law (LLB) degree at The University of East London, she interned at a High Street Law Firm as a Legal Administrator. From there she moved onto the property industry as an Office coordinator for Marsh & Parsons – one of London’s most prestigious Real Estate Agencies. Now at Audeliss she provides essential support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Audeliss not only proudly screams about Diversity & Inclusion but it also maintains its integrity and focus within the business itself. I am proud to be working for such a forwarding thinking and inclusive company.

Amna has over 8 years of business development and client relations experience. She has had a portfolio career history with experience across a variety of industry sectors. She started her career in the United States focusing on the Healthcare sector and then moved to the UK to develop business for the international textiles market. Most recently Amna worked in the private  Higher Education sector in London supporting the c-suite executive team and developing a key international recruitment market. In her spare time Amna acts as a mentor for the Princes Trust Mosaic Foundation and is also a regular guest on the BBC Asian Network.

Amna currently resides in London and is completing her MBA.

Amna joined Audeliss as Client Development Manager with a passion for increasing diversity and promoting inclusion in both the public and private sectors.

Bianca has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources within global financial services organizations.

After graduating from Binghamton University, Bianca joined an investment bank, as a Recruitment Coordinator and supported the hiring processes for their administrative and contingent workforce. Prior to joining Audeliss, Bianca managed entry-level recruitment for Corporate Functions & Business Operations at an asset management firm. 

As a Research & Delivery Associate at Audeliss, Bianca supports the management of executive searches and market intelligence projects for clients in multiple industries.

Bianca currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and spends her free time venturing to new restaurants and attending local events.

After graduating from the University of New Haven with a Master’s Degree, Mimi started her career as a first grade teacher. It wasn’t until early 2016 that she embarked on her HR path. She has worked at many notable companies as a support to both HR and recruiting in-house.  Mimi juggles being fiercely ambitious with being a mom to a beautiful 5 year old boy.

Ben graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Political Science and began his career in operations at a Connecticut based hedge fund.

After a year in operations, he worked for a large healthcare recruitment firm and a search firm that partnered with AmLaw 200 law firms.   Prior to joining Audeliss, he spent four years at a boutique executive search firm where he managed a range of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer searches for financial services clients.

Alexis went to Plattsburgh State University where she received her Bachelors in Public Relations and Journalism. She also had a full-time internship at SUNY Plattsburgh’s Title IX Office (Title IX is a US law that prohibits sex/ gender discrimination in education). She then went on to work as an social media intern and was soon promoted to Administrative/ Leasing assistant for a real estate company. Now, she is committed to creating equal opportunity and leveling the playing field with the Audeliss and INvovle team.
