One of the UK’s leading diversity specialists, Suki has been revolutionising executive search and inclusion for 15 years.

Having started his career at a FTSE 250 recruitment company before becoming a Partner for a boutique firm he established Audeliss in 2011. Recruiting leaders and executives for global organisations across sectors and industries, Suki has established a unique network of exceptional and diverse candidates as well as building successful relationships with clients. 

Determined to shape inclusive workplaces, in 2013 Suki founded OUTstanding, an LGBT+ membership organisation which, in partnership with The Financial Times, publishes an annual role model list recognising leading LGBT+ and ally executives and LGBT+ future leaders. The powerful work and rapid success of OUTstanding earned Suki the title of ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the 2013 European Diversity Awards and he was also named 64th in The Independent’s ‘Rainbow List’.

In 2016, Suki was appointed a Trustee of the Guild of HR Professionals.

The following year Suki launched EMpower and HERoes - initiatives focused on ethnic minorities and women.  Each year, in partnership with the Financial Times, EMpower and HERoes publishes role model lists globally. In 2017 Suki was also named as “Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader” at The Recruiter's Investing in Talent Awards.

In 2018, Suki launched INvolve – an overarching mother-brand for OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes. Anja has extensive international experience in executive search. She started her career in a FTSE-250 recruitment company, managing the Industry & Commerce finance searches in London.

She then moved to a Global Industrial Practice for a NASDAQ-listed leadership advisory firm conducting executive and Board assignments across the globe. Prior to joining Audeliss, Anja worked for a boutique search business focusing on Legal and Compliance appointments in the UK and EMEA markets. Anja leads Audeliss client partnerships, advising leadership teams and boardrooms on how to attract the best talent to their organisations. 

Anja’s track record in placing leaders across industry sectors and geographies, as well as her own international upbringing presents a unique perspective to our clients on the importance of D&I at the highest level for any business. Anja is European Co-Chair on the Advisory Board for WBC (Women’s Business Collaborative) which is dedicated to gender parity for women in leadership and board roles. She is also a member of Women Leaders Group for 25x25, which is an initiative to get to 25 women CEOs in FTSE100 and 250 by 2025.

Manuel has over 17 years’ international experience in executive talent acquisition.

He started his career in a FTSE250 recruitment company, managing the Industry & Commerce finance searches in Berlin, Hamburg & London. He then moved to one of the largest RPO businesses to lead talent acquisition teams for global brands in the consulting and financial services space. In 2016, he moved in-house to head up recruiting teams in EMEA and LATAM for a global tech company focusing on sales, marketing and finance roles. Prior to joining Audeliss, Manuel has been working as Director Recruiting and HR EMEA for one of the fastest growing tech startups in the IoT sector where he was responsible for all people and recruiting matters for their European employees.

He is very passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as creating a beautiful candidate experience and delivering value and market insights to our clients.

Manuel grew up as a gay boy in a small town in Southern Germany before moving to the UK. He is happily married for over 10 years now and is bilingual in German and English.

Alex has over 10 years’ experience in executive recruitment.

She joined Audeliss in 2015, bringing with her experience in both executive search and in-house recruitment, having begun her career at a search firm focused on retail and luxury brands and has delivered a high volume and wide variety of in-house assignments at NHS Improvement. Alex honed her skills in candidate selection and screening, which led to her working on the setup of their interim turnaround panel; developing a pool of senior interim candidates including CFOs, HRDs, COOs and CEOs.

During her time with Audeliss, she has placed candidates across a range of functions, as well as Chair, Trustee and NED appointments.
Most recently, Alex has been managing all Chief Diversity/Director of D&I roles with clients across the public and private sectors.

With 15 years experience in executive recruitment, he brings a broad and deep knowledge of running successful senior searches across multiple sectors an functions. His career began working within the banking sector, finding senior compliance and legal executives during the financial crisis. His career progressed on to working with c-suite executives across finance, technology, marketing and legal.

Since joining Audeliss in 2018, Barrie has led on prestigious FTSE 100 executive and non-executive searches, whilst also developing our diverse network groups to enable Audeliss to provide vast, diverse shortlist of candidates.

Most recently, Barrie was promoted to head our research function, focused on developing and enhancing our research capability to provide to support our delivery teams with the best talent available in the market.

She started her career in the United States focusing on the Healthcare sector and then moved to the UK to develop business for the international textiles market. Most recently Amna worked in the private Higher Education sector in London supporting the c-suite executive team and developing a key international recruitment market. In her spare time Amna acts as a mentor for the Princes Trust Mosaic Foundation and is also a regular guest on the BBC Asian Network.

Rachel has over 12 years’ experience working within executive search, having begun her career at a boutique firm focused on the retail industry. Rachel moved to an international talent management firm, where she partnered with both UK and Global companies within Digital and Multi-Channel Consumer brands, recruiting across disciplines both within the UK and Globally.

Executing searches at Board level, she partners with CEOs and PE companies, building personable and in-depth relationships with her clients and candidates. Jamie Williams is an executive search professional with over 20 years’ experience. He began his search career in London working for a boutique financial services firm, before joining the UK office of a larger US-based firm, where he focused on investment banking assignments. He relocated to South Africa in 2003 and over the next 17 years was instrumental in key appointments at executive and board-level for local and multinational financial services, industrial, FMCG and mining sector clients, both in South Africa and broader Anglophone Sub-Saharan Africa. His final role in South Africa was a partner in the Johannesburg office of a UK-based global executive search firm. The geographical scope of his experience includes the UK, Europe, South Africa, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Much of his work in South Africa and Africa was influenced by the very real need to make clients’ boards and leadership teams more diverse and representative in terms of both gender and race.

Adele has over 17 years’ international corporate and consulting experience across various sectors and functional areas predominantly in HR, finance, and professional services. Adele applies her leadership and organisation development training to specialise in change and transformation.
