Our Event – Breaking through Glass Walls

As a completely different kind of search firm, we pride ourselves on endeavouring to level the playing field for diverse leaders, for executive and non-executive roles. We believe in being brilliant, being human and being loyal, and we value the honest and sincere relationships we build with all our clients and candidates.

Our mission is also to help clients and candidates break boundaries, and smash glass walls, which is why we were so excited to welcome Sue Unerman, Chief Transformation Officer at MediaCom and Kathryn Jacob, CEO of Pearl & Dean, to our event, which we co-hosted with Mizuho International on Monday 21st May.

Unerman and Jacob recently collaborated on their book, The Glass Wall, a collection of interviews, case studies and insights into how women can gain the most from what they do at work, no matter what role they’re in.

Audeliss wanted to celebrate the book and share Sue and Kathryn’s knowledge; shining light on their experiences while writing it.

Our Founder & CEO Suki Sandhu moderated the event, which began with a presentation by the authors, and ended with a thought provoking discussion on the progress made so far, but also how far we still have to go.

It was a fantastic event, and we wanted to share with you some of the key learnings. Click Breaking Through Glass Walls – KLD to view.

Thank you

Thank you to all those that joined us at this event. We hope you enjoyed it and took away some useful learnings.

We’d also like to thank Mizuho International for partnering with us and hosting the event, as well as Sue Unerman and Kathryn Jacob, for writing the book that inspired us all and that made the event the success that it was. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights with us all.
