Founder & CEO

Suki Sandhu

Suki is one of the UK’s leading diversity specialists and has been revolutionising executive search and diversity, equity, and inclusion for over 20 years.

Suki established Audeliss in 2011, committed to levelling the field for women, ethnically diverse and LGBTQ+ candidates. Suki also founded INvolve in 2013. INvolve is a global network and consultancy championing DEI in business.

Suki is a Patron for The Albert Kennedy Trust and serves on the Board of Directors of OutRight Action International. He is a Trustee for the Guild of HR Professionals and was awarded an OBE from Queen Elizabeth II in the 2019 New Year’s Honours for Services to Diversity in Business.

Chair

Graham Durgan

Graham is Audeliss’ Chair, bringing over three decades of leadership experience to the company. His journey began at PwC, specialising in financial institutions.

Graham has held CEO/Chair positions in sectors including Finance, Advertising, PR, Recruitment, Travel, Publishing, and Strategic Consulting. His leadership encompasses listed public companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently, Graham holds roles as Chair at Emile Woolf International, International Financial Publishing, Audeliss, and INvolve. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at Mazars.

Beyond his corporate engagements, Graham is Chair of the Non-Executive Directors’ Association, council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, fellow at the International Capital Markets Association, and member of the World Presidents Organization.

Managing Director

Manuel Heichlinger

With nearly 20 years of international experience in executive talent acquisition, Manuel creates exceptional candidate experiences while championing visible diverse role models.

Manuel began his career at a FTSE-250 recruitment company, managing finance searches in Berlin, Hamburg, and London. He led talent acquisition teams for global brands in consulting and financial services before moving in-house in 2016 to head recruiting for EMEA and LATAM at a global tech company.

As Audeliss’ Managing Director, Manuel shapes Audeliss’ mission to build more diverse businesses. Manuel holds two Master’s degrees in Economics and International Human Resources Management, CIPD qualifications, and is fluent in German and English.

Vice President, Engagement

Amna Khilji

Amna has over 10 years of business development and client relations experience across a variety of industry sectors.

Amna leads Audeliss’ North America practice and Global Client Development team. With a focus on fostering inclusive cultures, she builds strong global partnerships with organisations across the Fortune 500, NASDAQ, S&P Global, FTSE, and private companies, as well as the public and governmental sector.

Before joining Audeliss in 2019, she worked with diverse companies in education, healthcare, and luxury start-ups in developed and developing markets. Amna’s role provides a strategic global perspective, allowing her to offer valuable insights to clients. Outside of Audeliss, Amna is an Advisory Council member of SALUTE, a professional network dedicated to creating impactful connections between South Asian women.

Paul
Head of Financial Services

Paul Reynolds

Paul leads the growth and development of Audeliss' Financial Services practice, specialising in Executive and Board Search, and Talent Pipelining.

With over two decades in executive recruitment, Paul consults global clients on strategic human capital needs in banking, asset management, insurance, wealth management, and fintech. His career includes leadership roles as Managing Director and Partner, founding and growing businesses, and advancing market propositions in financial services recruitment.

At Audeliss, Paul excels in simplifying complex problems, offering agile solutions, and leveraging his international network. He is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing on gender and disability diversity initiatives.

Head of Delivery

Alex Wyld

Alex is the Head of Delivery at Audeliss, where she takes on a varied portfolio including both executive and non-executive mandates.

Alex’s 13-year executive search career began with research and supporting senior consultants at a boutique firm specialising in C-Suite leaders for luxury retail. She also managed extensive in-house campaigns, including a major project to develop senior leaders for the NHS.

At Audeliss, Alex started in research and transitioned to delivery, focusing on forming strong partnerships with clients to discover exceptional talent through the search process. Notably, she collaborated with Sky to establish their pioneering diversity advisory board, setting a precedent in the field.

Global Head of Research & Knowledge Management

Barrie Lee

Barrie is the Global Head of Research & Knowledge Management at Audeliss where he leads executive searches and research for senior positions.

Barrie thrives on the dynamic challenges of working with prominent brands. Before joining Audeliss, his career spanned boutique firms. At Audeliss, he advanced from Delivery Consultant to Head of Delivery and now oversees the research department.

Barrie brings keen listening skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of curiosity to his role, ensuring he provides effective solutions for clients and candidates. As a father of two daughters, Barrie’s work is fuelled by his commitment to creating a level playing field for future generations.

Senior Delivery Consultant

Louise Gore

Louise is a Senior Delivery Consultant at Audeliss, specialising in board and C-Suite hires, helping clients to diversify their leadership teams.

Louise brings natural curiosity and tenacity to her role. She began her career in banking before transitioning to executive search, founding a boutique firm in London and contracting with Microsoft. This experience enriched her approach, leading to many FTSE board appointments as a key member of Audeliss’ board practice.

Louise holds an MA in Economics from Queen’s University, Canada, and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from LSE. She was also a guest tutor at LSE to help postgraduates hone their interviewing skills.

Senior Delivery Consultant

Rachel Huggins

Rachel is a Senior Delivery Consultant that is deeply committed to coaching and supporting executives and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Rachel’s career spans roles in account management, business development, and delivery in the UK and Canada. Beginning in hospitality, she honed her customer service skills before moving into recruitment. A trained Counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling Studies, Rachel has volunteered for Childline and SHOUT as a Crisis Counsellor and spoken at forums like the Open University Elevate Equity event.

Rachel is passionate about addressing systemic biases and microaggressions, advocating for an inclusive society that recognises individual abilities and unique qualities.

Research Lead

Priyanka Malik

Priyanka leverages her diverse professional background to provide crucial support to the delivery team on a global scale for executive and board-level roles.

With four years of experience in hiring and executive search, Priyanka’s professional journey began as a 360-recruitment consultant at a boutique firm. Before this, she worked as a Property Manager for eight years. This experience honed her proactive, level-headed, and empathetic approach, with a deep appreciation for the diverse needs of individuals.

Priyanka’s “can-do” attitude aligns with Audeliss’ mission to create a more inclusive and equitable world, making her an invaluable asset in the pursuit of diverse leadership and lasting change.

Research Associate

Lynnette Mutisya

Lynnette is a Research Associate at Audeliss with a keen eye for market insights and candidate intelligence.

Lynnette collaborates closely with the research and delivery team at Audeliss, offering valuable support throughout the search process. As a British and Kenyan national, her global perspective enriches her contributions. With a career focused on boutique firms, she has honed her research skills and market knowledge.

Lynnette is passionate about fostering DEI to create diverse, innovative teams. She holds a BSc in Molecular Biology, and her strengths include a disciplined approach, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for solving complex challenges.

Billi
Client Development Associate

Billi Doyle

Billi is Audeliss’ Client Development Associate and plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team.

Billi supports both UK and U.S. teams at Audeliss, assisting with pitch documents, tracking placements, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth client engagement. She finds fulfillment in organising significant projects and witnessing successful event outcomes.

Billi’s career at Audeliss began after a 6-month placement at INvolve coordinating DEI activities. Previously, she spent four years at Toni & Guy, progressing from salon assistant to shop floor manager. A fast learner who values connections and making others feel at ease, Billi effectively supports Audeliss’ mission of promoting DEI.
