It’s been an ambition of ours to launch in New York for a long time, and we are beyond proud and excited that this dream has finally been realised.

This week we have officially launched Audeliss Inc in New York City.  Felicity Hassan has been appointed as Managing Director US.

I’ve known Felicity for almost 15 years when we both joined the graduate training programme at a FTSE 250 executive recruitment company. She is fabulous at what she does and I couldn’t think of a better fit for us. Felicity is moving from inhouse recruitment back to the world of search as she so passionately believes in our purpose.”

Felicity is just as excited about her new role, “Over the past 10 years in New York I have seen bold strides in diversity and inclusion in corporate America, but this seismic shift still has a way to go. As a mother of two and a member of a mixed-race family, Audeliss’ vision resonates personally and professionally. I am committed to driving a change agenda that will remove bias and quantifiably move the needle.”

Having completed several searches in the US previously, we’re excited to officially launch ourselves in New York to challenge the status quo, level the playing field and to help businesses achieve business success through diversity.
