Barrie is the Head of Delivery & Research at Audeliss where he leads executive searches for the most senior positions while also mentoring and developing the research team to ensure top-tier candidate delivery for clients. Barrie thrives on the variety in his role, relishing the dynamic challenges that come with working for some of the world’s most prominent brands. His professional journey has mainly spanned boutique firms prior to joining Audeliss as a Delivery Consultant. He has since advanced to Head of Delivery and then into his current role overseeing the research department.

Barrie brings a keen ability to listen, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of curiosity to his role, ensuring he provides effective and efficient solutions to clients and candidates. As a father to two daughters, Barrie’s work is fuelled by his commitment to creating a level playing field for future generations.

Outside of work, Barrie is a passionate runner who completed the London Marathon in 2023, fulfilling a long-standing aspiration. He also enjoys exploring the culinary world, constantly learning new cooking skills and techniques to feed his love for food and adventure.
