Alex is the Head of Delivery, EMEA at Audeliss, where she takes on a varied portfolio including both executive and non-executive mandates. Her focus is on forming strong partnerships with clients to discover exceptional talent through the search process while providing diverse candidates with access to senior roles.

Alex’s 13-year career in executive search began with three years in research and supporting senior consultants for a boutique search firm specializing in C-Suite leaders for luxury retail. She then ventured in-house, managing extensive campaigns including a significant project to develop a pool of senior leaders specializing in turnaround strategies within the NHS.

For the past eight years, Alex has been an integral part of the Audeliss team, initially starting in research before transitioning into delivery role and using her effective project management skills to adeptly juggle multiple priorities and build meaningful partnerships with clients and candidates. Notably, she collaborated with Sky on the establishment of their pioneering diversity advisory board, setting a precedent in the field.

Alex is British and has worked extensively in the UK. She has also spent time working in New York contributing to the expansion of Audeliss’ presence in the U.S.
