This is a very exciting month for all of us at Audeliss as we celebrate a very special birthday.

It was seven years ago that our Founder & CEO, Suki Sandhu, felt the world of executive search was uninspiring and lacked the genuine integrity that is so critical to such a people centric business. 

With Suki’s desire to raise the bar in executive search, coupled with his unwavering energy and passion for diversity, he created Audeliss – a completely different executive search firm.

Driven by our commitment to levelling the playing field for executive and non-executive opportunities for women, ethnic minorities and LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*) candidates, Audeliss is still going strong and continues to grow and succeed.

In just the past six months, we’ve had amazing achievements:

• A complete re-brand with new look and new logo
• A new website to reflect how different we are as an executive search agency
• New offices near Barbican to hold our growing team
• Board practice has grown by over 284%
• Diversity in Tech event with an incredible panel including Piers Linney, Hayley Sudbury, Dhiraj Mukherjee and Tom Daniell
• Jonathan Swain joined as Managing Director to help shape and lead the business
• New joiners Samantha Du Toit – Marketing Manager, Joanna Brown – PA to CEO & Founder, and Chris Lain – Interim Consultant.

2018 is set to be an incredibly exciting year. Not only do we have growth plans here in London, we’ll be expanding our business to New York too.

In true Audeliss style we’ll be celebrating for the whole of April so watch this space.
