The Black British Business Awards is the only premium awards programme of its kind in the UK and celebrates the exceptional performance and outstanding achievements by Black professionals and entrepreneurs. It has been endorsed by three Prime Ministers, Mayors of the City of London and global business leaders.

TNON assists company stakeholders in tackling systemic barriers to retaining and maximising the potential of racial minority professionals. They work with over 130 multinational corporations to transform organisational culture and practices for the purposes of optimally attracting, retaining and advancing racial minority professionals into senior executive roles.

Empower, Heroes, Outstanding and Enable Role Model Lists

INvolve’s Empower, Heroes and Outstanding Role Model Lists supported by YouTube showcase and celebrate ethnically diverse, women and LGBTQ+ leaders and their advocates.

Every year, thousands of diverse senior executives, future leaders and advocates apply to feature on INvolve’s Role Model Lists. These Lists reach a huge global audience and provide us with a unique opportunity to engage with established and emerging diverse leaders across a wide range of countries and industries.

The new Enable Role Model List, sponsored by Dow, puts the spotlight on business leaders with personal experience of disability, neurodiversity or mental health, who are driving inclusion in the workplace for these important areas of diversity.

These global Role Models are not only building their own careers, but also challenging some of the barriers and biases which are preventing others from thriving at work as their authentic selves.

We leverage these relationships within our searches to help us find the very best diverse talent globally.

Every year, INvolve celebrate their incredible Role Models in two stunning Gala dinners in London and New York.
