Having started his career at a FTSE 250 recruitment company before becoming a Partner for a boutique firm he established Audeliss in 2011. Recruiting leaders and executives for global organisations across sectors and industries, Suki has established a unique network of exceptional and diverse candidates as well as building successful relationships with clients.
Determined to shape inclusive workplaces, in 2013 Suki founded OUTstanding, an LGBT+ membership organisation which, in partnership with The Financial Times, publishes an annual role model list recognising leading LGBT+ and ally executives and LGBT+ future leaders. The powerful work and rapid success of OUTstanding earned Suki the title of ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the 2013 European Diversity Awards and he was also named 64th in The Independent’s ‘Rainbow List’.
In 2016, Suki was appointed a Trustee of the Guild of HR Professionals.
The following year Suki launched EMpower and HERoes - initiatives focused on ethnic minorities and women. Each year, in partnership with the Financial Times, EMpower and HERoes publishes role model lists globally. In 2017 Suki was also named as “Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader” at The Recruiter's Investing in Talent Awards.
In 2018, Suki launched INvolve – an overarching mother-brand for OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes. It encapsulates the mission, values and vision across all three brands, helping to create diverse and inclusive businesses where everyone can, and does, succeed. A world that involves 100% of everyone.
Suki is also a Stonewall Ambassador and passionately supports many charities including The Albert Kennedy Trust and Outright International.

Sylvette Sawyers

Sylvette Sawyers is Managing Director, Delivery & Execution for Audeliss, Inc. in the US. Sylvette and her team ensure that all talent-related client needs are met. She is passionate about elevating the contribution of this, often underutilized, function beyond peoples’ expectations. Having begun her career in executive search, Sylvette has a penchant for creative sourcing and is known for the deep relationships she cultivates and leverages to meet the needs of candidates, companies and clients. Sylvette works to ensure that recruiting is more than a transaction. Rather, it’s a complex set of dynamics that, simplified and managed in the right way, can give any business a competitive advantage.
Sylvette is originally from the UK and moved to Chicago, Illinois where she began her career in executive search working for a small retained executive search firm downtown. After leaving executive search, she spent the next few years working and living in India and China to centralize the graduate recruiting program for a well-known HR consulting company. Shortly thereafter, Sylvette moved to San Francisco, California to work for a leading specialty retailer to help the company bolster its leadership representation of people from underrepresented groups. She would make a couple of career moves before going back to this company with her role culminating in the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition.
After Sylvette and her partner, Christina, made the decision to stay in the Bay Area, she spent two months on a yoga island, lived in Barcelona, consulted for a number of companies and then made a career transition to early-stage companies to help them build and scale teams. In her most recent start up role, Sylvette was the Vice President, Executive Talent Management.
She has a BA in Public Communication/ Human Relations and an MA in Communications.

Sheryl Nadler
Executive Assistant

Prior to joining Audeliss Inc. Sheryl held various roles including Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, HR/Marketing Manager, roles in communication, staffing and placement, and owned her own organic bakery which provided foods for a wide variety of food allergies and dietary restrictions such as gluten, soy, dairy, nuts, etc. She wanted to make sure no matter what the restrictions on a person’s diet, they could enjoy something sweet and delicious.
Sheryl was born in the Bronx, NY and grew up in upstate New York and northern Vermont before finally landing in sunny Florida. She loves cooking, baking, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Sheryl was involved in the Doorways Program for many years supporting low-income students attend college. She most recently mentored a young lady from her freshman year in high school through college graduation. That young lady, the first in her family to graduate from high school and college, is now stationed in Germany in the U.S. Army. Sheryl couldn’t be prouder of her young friend and is still in touch with her. Sheryl is involved in her community and has helped organize fundraisers for animals, our military members stationed overseas, and woman afflicted by domestic violence.
