One of the UK’s leading diversity specialists, Suki has been revolutionising executive search and inclusion for 15 years.

Having started his career at a FTSE 250 recruitment company before becoming a Partner for a boutique firm he established Audeliss in 2011. Recruiting leaders and executives for global organisations across sectors and industries, Suki has established a unique network of exceptional and diverse candidates as well as building successful relationships with clients. 

Determined to shape inclusive workplaces, in 2013 Suki founded OUTstanding, an LGBT+ membership organisation which, in partnership with The Financial Times, publishes an annual role model list recognising leading LGBT+ and ally executives and LGBT+ future leaders. The powerful work and rapid success of OUTstanding earned Suki the title of ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the 2013 European Diversity Awards and he was also named 64th in The Independent’s ‘Rainbow List’.

In 2016, Suki was appointed a Trustee of the Guild of HR Professionals.

The following year Suki launched EMpower and HERoes - initiatives focused on ethnic minorities and women.  Each year, in partnership with the Financial Times, EMpower and HERoes publishes role model lists globally. In 2017 Suki was also named as “Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader” at The Recruiter's Investing in Talent Awards.

In 2018, Suki launched INvolve – an overarching mother-brand for OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes. It encapsulates the mission, values and vision across all three brands, helping to create diverse and inclusive businesses where everyone can, and does, succeed. A world that involves 100% of everyone.

Meesha Rosa has joined Audeliss as Managing Director - Board Practice. Meesha has experience in setting the strategic and operational strategy for executive pipeline to board advancement initiatives and frameworks. Since 1996, Meesha has worked to increase board diversity by advocating for gender and racial/ethnic diversity in corporate boardrooms worldwide. Meesha is an Association of Latina Professionals of America (ALPFA), 2021 Most Powerful Latinas Women Worth Watching, and Profiles in Diversity Journal 2018 Women Worth Watching award recipient.

Meesha is a founding member of the Alliance for Board Diversity. She currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), The City of New York, Office of Controller Advisory Council on Economic Growth through Diversity and Inclusion, and on university, media outlet and publication research advisory panels. Meesha has also held research positions at Columbia University School of Public Health National Center for Children in Poverty, The Department of Sociomedical Sciences, and at New York City Administration for Children Service’s Management and Statistical Reports Division.

Meesha received her BA in Africana and Latino Studies from City University of New York, Hunter College, and completed an MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management, at The New School for Public Engagement, the Milano School of International Affairs.

Myra has over 20 years of experience in executive search recruitment and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has worked with strategy and guidance to companies' Search Practice including building and leading a team of executive and professional level search and research consultants responsible for engaging in client-facing work nationally. Additionally, Myra has overall responsibility for designing and driving continuous improvement of the search function including all relationship interfaces, key process management, and related technology.

Myra is a passionate, results-driven talent management and leadership development executive with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading cutting-edge talent and retention programs and teams in support of business goals and objectives, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and excellence.

With significant experience creating and implementing top-performing recruiting and development initiatives, Myra is adept at collaborating with boards of directors, executive teams, and internal departments to set the overall talent management strategy for mission-focused organizations. Paula is an accomplished retained search professional with 25 years industry experience. Before joining Audeliss as an Associate Director, she started her own firm and was a top performer at Johnson, Smith & Knisely and Ward Howell, purchased by Monster Worldwide. In addition, Paula worked with high-quality New York boutique search firms including D.S. Wolf Associates and Gould McCoy.   

She possesses a significant track record of successfully placing senior executives in a broad range of functional areas. Her clients included Internet and E-Commerce firms, Healthcare companies, leading Consumer Packaged Goods firms, Health & Beauty Care manufacturers,  Cable Networks and Service Providers, Entrepreneurial Ventures, Information companies and Financial Services firms.

Earlier in her career, Paula was a consultant for Marketing Corporation of America, where she worked on strategic planning, programming, and operational structure for Lifetime Television and conducted research on the competitive dynamics for a well-known firm in the weight loss industry.  

Paula earned her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Audeliss Inc. Jessica held Executive Assistance, Project Management, Human Resources, and Events positions at H.I. Executive Consulting, Apple, Inc. and Beats by Dre.

Originally from the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, Jessica is an avid traveler and enjoys visits to the South of France with her husband and young daughter as well as searching for undiscovered paths in the South Alps or along the Appalachian Trail.

Jessica has an ongoing commitment to serving those in need and is passionate about giving back to her community. In her two previous roles she launched a #GivingTuesday program of events and a global charity practice supporting Save the Children

Arlene is passionate about her work in the non-profit and philanthropic sector and continues to support and advocate for organizations such as New York Cares.

Kimberly Robinson leads the Diversity Partnerships and Client Development aspects of Audeliss Inc. where she creates long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of diversity-driven organizations. Over the past year Kimberly has formed alliances with The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Chief, and Out Professionals, just to name a few, resulting in a strong pipeline of diverse and highly qualified senior executive and board ready talent. Additionally, Kim is a lead in our client development process, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the development of existing accounts.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY (raised in Queens) and now based in West Orange, NJ, Kimberly is committed to advancing conversations centered around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As an Associate Apprentice, Kadean works alongside the Audeliss team on all aspects of the business, focusing on developing an expertise in the many ways that Audeliss works with organizations to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to finding and placing the best talent for its clients.

Kadean’s apprenticeship is part of a program with Multiverse, which is helping guide her throughout her career pivot and provide the tools needed to do so. As part of the Multiverse program Kadean has a personal coach to ensure she is meeting goals and understanding her role as a business administrator.

In addition to her role at Audeliss, Kadean enjoys participating in theatrical performances focusing on singing, as her background is heavily influenced by the Arts. Kadean takes pride in being the best version of herself in all areas of her life, making small strides to become the woman she’s envisioned herself to be.
